		<description>My roommate has been following your blog for awhile now, and every once in awhile, she tries your recipes.  This dip was the latest and it provided a nice meal for us.  At first, I wasn&#039;t too sure I liked the lemon flavor (and I looove lemons), but when I tried a scoop with extra lemon juice squeezed on top, it actually tasted better! 

Thanks for the food.  Those goat cheese croquette ingredients will have to find their way onto my next shopping list!</description>
