I&#039;m a huge fan of your blog...it&#039;s my respite from the office life! All of your recipes look incredible and I look forward to making many of them. I finally found the time to try making these cookies...wow! These are hands down the most amazing cookies I&#039;ve ever made. I have an almost identical recipe that I use often when I need to thank someone. One thing I do sometimes is roll the dough-ball in confectioner&#039;s sugar before placing it on the parchment. Although they get a little messy to eat, the extra powdered sugar tastes great and looks great too!</description>
