I have an almost identical recipe that I use often when I need to thank someone. One thing I do sometimes is roll the dough-ball in confectioner's sugar before placing it on the parchment. Although they get a little messy to eat, the extra powdered sugar tastes great and looks great too! Hey Lauren, these look delicious!!!
