I noticed you are using metal pans for bread baking. I have the glass pyrex bread pans. Is there a difference? I mean, the metal pans are not that expensive. Should I be using them vs the pyrex glass bread pans?

Hi Lauren :)

You've gone viral. Apparently your baking does lead to world peace. I came across this and thought you'd enjoy:

I have never made homemade bread before. The closest thing I've done is biscuits, and there really isn't much to those. Today is cleaning day though, so maybe I will give this a try. Way better than braving the icky weather to go to the store!

So true. Homemade bread will change your life and eating, leading you to fresher sandwiches, easy bread crumbs, delicious breakfasts. Nice way to get back into the cooking mode!
