		<description>love your blog and am so happy to have stumbled upon it!!!  could not agree more regarding rachel ray AND ina garten.  my mom and i can&#039;t switch the channel fast enough when RR comes on... but we TIVO the barefoot contessa because we love her so!!!  is it completely strange that i&#039;ve read all of her cookbooks cover to cover???  lol  cheers!</description>

My mom would take tuna salad and either put it inside of a hot dog roll or a folded piece of white bread. She would then organize the &quot;boats&quot; in a metal pan, throw a half slice of cheese on each and toast in the oven until hot and melty.</description>
