I love kale chips and have been making them since I first saw the recipe in Bon Appetit... I think the spanish paprika would be great. I have done some with fresh nutmeg and others with chile flakes - you will have to keep us posted on other flavorings you try!

I went on such a trek to get here that I’m not even sure which blog led me, but I have to tell you how much I enjoyed your photos. (I must’ve scrolled through 8 pages worth.) One of my co-workers was looking over my shoulder as I read and said, “You know, they say you should first eat food with your eyes, but I don’t get it.” And then I punched him.

Hi Lauren, this is my first visit to your site and I am really enjoying it – Your photography is beautiful and clean as well as your site design. Your writing style is also very engaging. I’ve been trying to come up with some healthy snacks as well, and will have to give this a try. I just threw away some aging kale I did not finish using and thought while tossing, I’m sure tomorrow I will find the perfect use for this tomorrow. -Luckily kale is not overly difficult to come by.
