Hi,
I made these cookies for a party and they were much loved.
How come miniature anything makes everything that much better?
In keeping with that feeling, I made these with mini chocolate chips as well.
Check them out on my blog.

I know this recipe was posted a while ago, but I made this salad tonight and it was a big hit. I was completely surprised at how tasty the ramen noodles were, I must have looked at the recipe 3 times to make sure I was reading it correctly that the noodles were first not boiled but put into the pan in their crunchy unboiled state. My husband had at least 3 helpings. I did adjust slightly, less veg oil and added a little sesame and crushed garlic. And I forgot the sugar but I would add a sprinkle next time. Loved it! Healthy too, sneaky away to get the fam to eat more veggies. That is my plan this year, more healthy tasty foods. Thanks for sharing recipe, will make again soon.

I. Cannot. Wait. to make these! I'm headed out of state to visit some good friends this weekend, and I traditionally bring them a batch of some crazy kind of cupcakes. I am running out of recipes to surprise them with, and I was worried that I might have to resort to a different treat this time, but then I found this. Herein lies my salvation. I just know they will LOVE them.

Are there any sides you'd recommend?

To clarify--at the altitude where I live cooking times were longer. It took about 15 minutes to get the sugar syrup to a deep gold color, and about 21 minutes for the caramel to reach 236 degrees.

I just made these EXACTLY as you specified in the recipe, except for adjusting for altitude (236 degrees for Denver). Oh. My. God. I'm going to have to hide them from myself otherwise there won't be any left for gifts. They are PERFECT! Thanks so much.

I like allowing the natural pectin to to it's work. If you wish, add a tablespoon of flour to the filling mix.
