		<description>I lost my recipe for chocolate macarons and after searching online, decided to try this one.  Just follow these directions and you&#039;ll have excellent shells.  I sifted the dry ingredients 3x to make sure they were blended well.  They were crisp and light on the outside w/ a rich, chewy center.  One hour for drying time was perfect.  After baking, I removed the parchment from the hot baking sheet and allowed to cool for approx. 10 minutes.  They lifted easily and looked beautiful.  They had a smooth top, nice foot, &amp; crisp, light shell with a chewy inside.  So rich and delicious you could eat them just like this!  I made a chocolate almond buttercreme to put between the shells.  Absolutely melt in your mouth.  I&#039;m so happy I lost my original recipe - this one is perfection.</description>
